The Lancaster Mixers are used extensively for mixing a wide range of materials in testing laboratories and in prototyping operations. One particular area of materials testing is for concrete, asphalt and soil testing. Many university civil engineering departments, state highway departments, Federal Government testing labs, and other independent laboratories rely on the proven counter-current design of the Lancaster Mixers to provide fast and reliable results from their testing.

These Lancaster Mixers are available in either high intensive or low shear design. Listed below are the Lancaster Mixer Models often used for testing or prototyping. The volume noted is the maximum working capacity. The minimum effective volume is usually about 1/3 of the maximum volume.

Lancaster K-Lab High Shear Mixer — 1/2 cu. ft.

Lancaster K-3 High Shear Mixer — 2 cu. ft.

Lancaster PC Low Shear Mixer — 1/10 cu. ft.

Lancaster LWD Low Shear Mixer — 5/8 cu. ft.

Lancaster 30 DP Low Shear Mixer — 1-3/4 cu. ft.
