Lancaster® Product Services

Installation and commissioning, breakdown maintenance, trouble-shooting, planned maintenance, and performance testing are all part of the services offered by Kercher Industries, manufacturer of Lancaster Products.

Lancaster Customer Training:

During installation, the Lancaster Factory Representative can assure that the customer acquires an understanding of what makes our Lancaster Products "tick". The customer is then better qualified to train operators and assist them with their questions or problems. If a problem comes up which the company cannot solve, Kercher Industries Technical Staff is there for solutions by e-mail, fax or phone.

Lancaster Instruction Manuals:

A custom tailored instruction manual is furnished with each Kercher Industries built product. The Lancaster Product Manual will assist the customer in the installation, safe operation, maintenance, and servicing of their Lancaster Products.

Lancaster Telephone Service:

Most service problems of our Lancaster Products machines are easily handled by telephone on a "no charge" basis. Kercher Industries Technical Staff is capable of identifying problems and is able to suggest solutions simply by phone. If replacement parts are needed, the items are often available from our extensive inventory and can be shipped the same day by air.

Lancaster Field Service:

Historically, it is unusual that a Lancaster Product will require the direct assistance of a Lancaster Field Service Representative onsite in order to keep the Lancaster Product in good operating order. However, should the need arise due to manpower requirements, downtime concerns, or particular required skills, Kercher Industries is prepared to send skilled service representatives to your facility as needed.

Downtime is money. Every hour a piece of equipment is not working is detrimental to a company's bottom line. Our Field Service Teams can coordinate auxiliary services such as structural, mechanical and electrical work, thus reducing your workload. When required, we can quickly establish a site presence with all the necessary manpower and parts required to promote a timely completion to meet a tight schedule.
